K-C was purchased in 2000 as a restoration project within five months the car was taxed, tested and awaiting a coat of paint.

Three years down the line more work was required after suffering accident damage. A full re-spray was completed in 2004 and the results can be seen in the re-spray section.

:: 2000 rebuild

As found in 2000. After selling SRB, I wanted the chance to carry out more work on an ADO16, and after twisting Dad's arm enough I managed to convince him how much we needed another one.

Little did we know that accident damage some three years later would require yet more restoration work.

:: 2003 rebuild

After accident damage in 2003 K-C underwent a major front end rebuild, including the fitting of a new inner wing, new wings, front panel bonnet, and work to the engine.

You can see the results so far, but there is still more work to be undertaken in 2004.

:: 2004 respray

Finished in time for the National Rally! And only just. With a shiny new coat of Trafalgar Blue paint.
